If you desire to be mentored by a spiritually mature woman in our church, you are a perfect candidate for our Titus 2 ministry called @the.table. @the.table took a short break during covid but we are ready to launch new groups this fall. You will be assigned to a small group of ladies (4-6 people only) and paired with a mentor and co-mentor. You will meet with your mentor twice a month to gather around the table for a meal and fellowship. Our focus this year will be on spiritual maturity and biblical wisdom.

Galatians 6:9 proclaims,

“Let us not become weary in doing good,
for at the proper time, we will reap a harvest
if we do not give up.”

Do you have a heart for missions? Our Missions & Outreach ministry provides opportunities to serve Jesus by meeting the needs of others. By putting Jesus first, others second, and then ourselves, we learn to experience true, biblical joy in the Lord! Join us as we pray for, seek out, and minister to our neighbors and the nations.

Our Stitchers/Quilters meet every Monday from 10A – 1P in the College Building.

Our first Missions Meeting will be Sunday, January 23,
featuring a missionary serving with the International Mission Board (IMB).

Spotswood MOMs exists to connect and encourage women with young children to grow in their roles as mothers through biblical principles. Our group meets the first Thursday of the month, September through May. Our meetings provide fellowship and learning opportunities that equip moms with practical skills for many mothering challenges. MOMs also offer many activities outside of regular meetings for moms, kids, and families to enjoy. Our group began over 10 years ago as a MOPs group meeting at Spotswood Baptist Church and still holds a similar structure and opportunities to local mothers as we have in the past.

MOMs now meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month, from 9:30A – 11:30A, beginning September 15.

Looking for ways to serve? We always have great ways for you to leverage your time and talent in meaningful ways.

• At our events, we always need greeters and table leaders.

• For MOMs and our Bible Studies, we always need a few to help provide childcare. You serve for a couple of hours a week, and the young moms of our church have their spirits lifted like you wouldn’t imagine.
