Prayer

Prayer at Spotswood.

“I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people.”
1 Timothy 2:21

At Spotswood, we believe nothing of eternal significance happens apart from prayer. That’s why we have worked it into our weekly and monthly rhythms. Below, you’ll learn more about our prayer gatherings – times, locations, topics, etc. We encourage you and your family to join us anytime we gather to pray.

21 Days of Prayer.

From January 4-24, we will be banding together as a church to pray for the needs of our church, community, and nation. Click below to access the prayer journal for 2026! A limited number of hard copies will be available at the Next Steps Station beginning January 4. Keep an eye out on social media and our Spotswood app for daily prayer reminders from our pastors!

We know that God moves when His people pray, so we’re excited to see all that He will do in 2026!

Kingdom Prayer Group.

Thursdays • 6:00P • Spotswood Prayer Center

There are many ways to love one’s neighbor, but intercessory prayer – praying on their behalf – is one of the most powerful.

We have started a new Kingdom Prayer Group that will be meeting weekly at Spotswood on Thursday evenings at 6p.

We’ll be praising God, thanking Him, lifting up the needs of our church, our community, our nation, and our world.

If you believe the Lord has called you or sense that He is calling you into a life of intercession and would like to be part of this prayer ministry, or would like to explore it, please contact:
